Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using LootLink, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LootLink. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the service with permission from a parent or guardian.

What LootLink is

LootLink is a free online marketplace that helps Arc Raiders players find and coordinate in-game item trades with other players. LootLink does not process payments, hold items, or guarantee that trades are completed. All trades are arranged and carried out directly between users inside the game.

User conduct

• Do not scam, harass, or abuse other users.
• Do not post false listings, spam, or misleading trade offers.
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the service.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

Disclaimer of liability

LootLink is provided as is. We are not responsible for trades gone wrong, lost in-game items, scams between users, or any damages arising from your use of the service. Disputes between traders are between those users.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of LootLink after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
