Trade Guidelines
Last updated August 27, 2026
Follow these guidelines to trade safely and keep the community healthy. LootLink cannot reverse in-game trades or recover lost items.
Before you trade
- Check the other player's rating and recent reviews.
- Confirm what each side is offering before accepting a trade request.
- Make sure your Embark ID is set so partners can find you in-game.
- Agree on a meeting method and timing in trade chat before launching the game.
During the trade
- Trade only with the player you matched with on LootLink.
- Double-check item names, quantities, and blueprint levels before confirming in-game.
- Do not hand over items first if something feels off — cancel and report instead.
- Keep trade chat on LootLink when possible so there is a record if something goes wrong.
After the trade
- Mark the trade complete only after both sides have received what was agreed.
- Leave an honest review to help other players.
- Report scams or harassment to contact@lootlink.trade.
What not to do
- Do not ask for real-money payments through LootLink — we do not support that.
- Do not post fake listings or bait-and-switch offers.
- Do not harass, threaten, or spam other users.
- Do not share passwords, payment info, or other sensitive personal data in chat.
If something goes wrong
LootLink is a coordination tool only. We cannot undo in-game trades or force a player to return items. If you were scammed, contact us with the username, trade details, and screenshots if available. We may warn or ban users who break our rules.
